Jean Marc Fumey

I am Jean Marc Fumey, an entrepreneur and investor. For almost 30 years I worked in holiday real estate, between the sea and the mountains. In Val Thorens, with Agence des Adrets from 1994 to 2022, I managed seasonal rentals and apartment sales in the highest ski resort in Europe. In Agay, on the French Riviera, I ran Agence Côté Mer from 2017 to 2022. Those years taught me the essentials: listen to owners, satisfy guests and promote a destination online and on social media.

Since 2022, I have approached my professional life differently. I analyse international markets, meet project owners and invest in original businesses. With my partner, I develop innovative vending machines, including an oven-baked fries vending machine. With Euro Asia Sourcing, I help companies that buy in China and Asia: factory search, quality control and shipping.

Today my specialty is Google My Business. A well-built, well-maintained listing brings calls, visits and bookings. I create and optimise these listings for shops, holiday rentals and local businesses, with the same methods I use for my own activities.

At the end of 2026, I am founding Lac Lemon in Geneva, Switzerland. This company brings my trades together: marketing apartments, selling vending machines and managing Google My Business listings.

Between projects, I travel: London, Madrid, Dubai, Singapore, Australia… These trips shape my business vision as an entrepreneur and investor and give me a different view of Western society. Have a project or a question? Write to me and I will get back to you quickly.
