My career in a few lines: 30 years in holiday real estate between Val Thorens and the French Riviera, then entrepreneurship, investment and Google My Business.
Since 2022, my professional life has been built around several complementary activities. I analyse international markets, meet project owners and invest in original businesses. I also connect business introducers with investors.
My career follows a simple thread: spot an opportunity, test it in the field, then develop it with trusted partners. Each activity has its own website, where you will find details, results and contact information. Here are the four pillars of my current work.
Founding a Swiss company that provides practical solutions to help its clients' projects grow. Priority: selling vending machines, launching a sales team to develop their sales across Switzerland. Lac Lemon also offers sourcing in Asia, a promising activity for its Swiss, Belgian and French clients, and Google My Business listing management. Website: laclemon.ch.
Developing innovative vending machines with my partner: oven-baked fries, paninis, pizzas, ice cubes, ice cream and cotton candy. Details on yourvendingmachine.com.
Sourcing agent in China and Asia: factory search and selection, quality control, audits and door-to-door shipping for European companies. Website: euroasiasourcing.com.
We are in touch with China every single day!
Creating, optimising and monitoring Google My Business listings for shops, holiday rentals and local businesses: photos, reviews, posts and statistics. A well-kept listing improves visibility on Google Maps and turns local searches into calls, visits and higher revenue.

Seasonal rental and sales agency in the highest ski resort in Europe. Marketing sea and mountain destinations, web and social media communication, relations with guests and owners. Growth in the number of rental mandates and opening of new destinations: Les Menuires and Saint-Martin-de-Belleville.
Real estate agency on the French Riviera, between Agay and Saint-Raphaël: seasonal rentals and sales, with the same methods as in Val Thorens. Working by the sea and in the mountains at the same time meant owners could rent all year round: summer on the coast, winter in the resort.
Opening an oyster bar with online sales, a friendly place where people also talked about real estate. This experience in fast food taught me to launch a new business quickly, manage suppliers and build a loyal local clientele. The business was sold in 2024.
These thirty years in holiday real estate gave me solid experience in customer relations, managing a seasonal team and promoting a destination online. They also taught me to work with French and foreign owners, and to adapt an offer to guests coming from all over Europe.
A highlight of my career: I took part in the rise of Val Thorens, which was named “World's Best Ski Resort” several times. I was fortunate to sit on the Board of Directors of the Val Thorens Tourist Office as the representative of the resort's accommodation providers. Just a thought: alone we go faster; together we go further!
I also carried out a study of the tourism market on the Costa Brava, in Spain, and built online stores on WordPress for my own businesses.

Throughout my career, one method keeps coming back: start from the field. Before launching a business, I take the time to meet the people involved, observe the local market and understand what already works. That is how I developed the agencies in Val Thorens and Agay, then the vending machines.
I then test each idea on a small scale. A vending machine prototype, a first Google My Business listing or an online store make it possible to measure real customer interest before investing more. This approach limits risk and makes it possible to quickly adjust the offer, the price or the communication.
I also rely on trusted partners. My partner for the vending machines, our contacts in Asia for Euro Asia Sourcing and the owners I have worked with for thirty years are all part of this network. Travel, from London to Singapore by way of Dubai and Australia, helps me spot new ideas and keep an open eye on international markets.
Finally, I promote each project online: a clear WordPress website, careful search engine optimisation, active social media and a complete Google My Business listing. This digital marketing experience is what I now offer to local businesses, and soon to the clients of Lac Lemon in Geneva.
My career also shows a strong attachment to two regions. Savoie, with Val Thorens, Les Menuires and Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, where I spent most of my career in mountain real estate. And the French Riviera, between Agay and Saint-Raphaël, where I developed the seaside business and opened the oyster bar.
With the founding of Lac Lemon, a new chapter opens in Switzerland, on the shores of Lake Geneva. The goal: provide practical solutions to help my clients' projects grow. I am focusing on selling vending machines, launching a sales team to develop sales of these machines across Switzerland. Lac Lemon also offers sourcing in Asia, a promising activity for its Swiss, Belgian and French clients, as well as Google My Business listing management. To follow my projects, you can also find me on LinkedIn.
Would you like to discuss a real estate project, a vending machine, sourcing in Asia or your visibility on Google? I am happy to answer every request, whether you are an individual, an owner, an investor or a company. The easiest way is to write to me from the contact page or send me a WhatsApp message: I will reply quickly, as soon as I am back from the beach, the slopes or a meeting.
Which current activities does my career include?
Today I divide my time between vending machines, Euro Asia Sourcing, managing Google My Business listings and founding Lac Lemon in Geneva. I also keep following ski apartment rentals in Val Thorens.
Do you offer your services to businesses?
Yes. Businesses can contact me to improve their Google My Business listing, to find a reliable supplier in China or Asia with Euro Asia Sourcing, or to study the installation of a vending machine on their premises.
Where do you work?
As my career shows, I work mainly in France and Spain, and in Switzerland with Lac Lemon. Thanks to the internet and my partners in Asia, many projects can also be followed remotely, whatever the country.
Why move from real estate to investment?
After thirty years in holiday real estate, I wanted to approach my professional life differently: explore new markets, test original concepts and invest in projects I am passionate about, while keeping the methods that proved themselves in my agencies.
How can I contact you?
For a question about my career or about your project, the easiest way is to use the site's contact page, or to write to me on LinkedIn. Describe your project in a few lines and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
